The missions of the position

. Main activities

Control, subscribe, record new business

Check the conformity of savings contracts and in particular Life Insurance in accordance with the rules and procedures in force

Correct the specific clauses after checking by the quality unit within the given time limits

Make requests for exemptions if necessary and/or forward to another department (age, place of residence, buybacks, etc.)

Issue contracts within the specified time frame

Managing business non-compliance: requests for additional documents for contract editing

Transmit AML/CFT control elements

Validate additional payments within the allotted time

Follow up on instances (non-compliance or fund expectations)

Ensure receipt of funds in the suspense accounts of the various

Manage customer opt-out requests

Managing the relationship with call centers: network and customers

Follow up on requests within the allotted timeframes

Participate in improving processes and tools

Listen to the network (comments, needs, satisfaction, etc.)

Bringing information back and disseminating it

Participate in working groups on improving tools

Developments in the profession

The business will evolve towards more business control activities which will be recorded by the commercial network directly at the customer’s premises.

Your profile

With a Bac +2/3 qualification, you have at least 2 years of successful initial experience in the life insurance sector.

Fixed salary 34/36K€ + Profit sharing.
