Seergrills, an innovative UK startup, has marked a milestone in the world of grilling by introducing “Perfecta”, an advanced grill that uses artificial intelligence to cook food exceptionally quickly and accurately. This device, revealed at CES 2024, promises to transform the outdoor dining experience.
The Seergrills Perfecta is not a conventional grill. Its design allows you to cook a one-inch ribeye steak in just 90 seconds, up to ten times faster than traditional methods. This speed is achieved thanks to its vertical infrared burners that cook both sides of the food simultaneously, eliminating the need to turn the food.
What really sets the Perfecta apart is its artificial intelligence technology, called NeuralFire. This built-in AI analyzes the desired doneness and browning level, automatically adjusting the time and temperature. In addition, it has sensors that measure the thickness of foods, such as steak and chicken, to ensure perfect cooking.
Perfecta also stands out for its vertical design, which prevents flare-ups and facilitates grease collection in a dishwasher-safe tray. It offers versatility with oven and rotisserie modes, allowing you to cook everything from pizzas to roast chicken. Its Chef mode provides full control over cooking, and the device comes complete with a grill cart for an outdoor setup.
Running on gas and a 12-volt electrical cord for its electronics, the Perfecta grill includes a touch screen for setting cooking parameters. Although it might not be demonstrated in operation at the show due to its outdoor nature, Seergrills says it will be available to the first buyers before the end of the year.
