On the occasion of D23, the Disney+ platform unveiled the first images of its “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series, an adaptation of the famous literary saga “Percy Jackson”!
One of the most popular franchises in teen literature is making a comeback on Disney+. The platform indeed unveiled last night a first teaser for its new event series, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, co-created by the author of the novels in person Rick Riordan.
Composed of seven volumes, the Percy Jackson saga follows the adventures of a young teenager, discovering that his father is none other than the god of the seas: Poseidon. Beginning a training to master his powers, the latter meets other demigods with whom he befriends; but very soon our young heroes will have to take part in the coming war once morest the evil Titans…

Note that this new adaptation is not the sequel to the two previous films that were released: Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief (2010) and Percy Jackson: The Sea of Monsters (2013). Revelation of the Netflix film Adam through time, Walker Scobell was chosen by the production to lend his features to Percy Jackson in this series already eagerly awaited by fans of the novels!
