The reappearance of “Pepín” was in the Parlasur sessionwhere he is a parliamentarian for Together for Change, which returned to work in person, in the city of Montevideo.
Rodríguez Simón, who had not been seen in public for a long time, sat on his bench and, before the murmuring and booing from the other parliamentarians when he wanted to speak, he decided to get up and leave.
