Writer Ngo Thao shared with Tien Phong, People’s Artist Doan Hoang Giang – who contributed to a brilliant period of the Vietnamese stage in the 1980s of the last century – left the temporary world at 6:35 pm on January 16 at his home after fighting with illness.

Director, People’s Artist Doan Hoang Giang was born in 1938, belongs to the second golden generation to study abroad. He was always engrossed in the stage and plays. He was also a pioneer in the innovation of rowing (modified rowing).
