  • For three days, Brooklyn (23) and Nicola (28) Peltz Beckham celebrated a luxurious wedding party in Palm Beach, Florida.

  • In the meantime, however, the bride’s father Nelson Peltz (80) has filed a lawsuit against a wedding agency because the planners have not refunded the deposit.

  • Now the accused reported to the “Daily Mail” and refute the allegations.

In spring 2022 Brooklyn (23) and Nicola (28) gave themselves Peltz Beckham while exchanged vows at a three-day wedding celebration in Florida. However, there seem to have been some discrepancies in the planning of the luxury festival. This shows a lawsuit by Nelson Peltz (80), which the father of the bride submitted last week. Specifically, the planners Nicole Braghin and her partner Arianna Grijalba are being sued, who, according to Peltz, refused to refund his advance payment of the equivalent of CHF 144,000. Now the two women are commenting on the allegations.

“If Mr. Peltz’s mission was to damage our reputation, harm our business and hurt our families – then mission accomplished,” Nicole Braghin told the Mail On Sunday. She and her business partner Arianna Grijalba have been running the company Plan Design Events for 17 years – and successfully, as she emphasizes. “We love what we do and we’re good at it. None of our customers have ever felt bullied or disrespected,” says Braghin.

Nelson Peltz praised the planners on the day they were released

Father of the bride Nelson Peltz and his third wife Claudia (67) approached the two planners on February 23, 2022 to hire them after the renowned wedding planner Preston Bailey threw in the towel just six weeks before the wedding. After nine days and 17 hours of work a day, however, it was over for the women too. And that, although the 80-year-old wrote to them on the day they were released via Whatsapp: “You are great!”

In his lawsuit, the billionaire claims that the women entrepreneurs had “misrepresented themselves” in advance and were “overwhelmed”. “The bridal couple’s celebrity coupled with the expected presence of many high-profile guests required the wedding planner to have the expertise and staffing to plan, coordinate and execute a wedding event of the anticipated caliber and complexity,” writes Nelson.

“They conduct their business with the utmost integrity”

Braghin and Grijalba’s lawyer, David Rosemberg, contradicts the allegations: “My clients have an impeccable reputation in the events industry and with their high-end clientele worldwide. They conduct their business with the utmost integrity and discretion.”

The lawyer explains: “The lawsuit filed by Nelson Peltz is frivolous. Relevant and complete emails and text messages addressing the misleading statements contained in the complaint will be disclosed as part of my clients’ response to the complaint, including in support of the counterclaim they intend to file.”
