Pele’s sister says their 100-year-old mother still hasn’t been told of her son’s death
The sister of the legendary Brazilian footballer Maria noted that her 100-year-old mother “lives in her own world” and does not know regarding the death of Pele

The mothers of the legendary Brazilian football player Pele Celeste Arantes have not yet spoken regarding the death of their son. This was announced by sister Pele Maria.
“We are talking to her, but she is not aware of the situation. She lives in her own world. She opens her eyes whenever I mention his name and say, “We should pray for him.” But in fact, my mother does not realize what exactly I mean, ” quotes Maria Mirror.
In November, Pele’s mother turned 100 years old.
Pele died December 29, he was 82 years old. Cause of death became multiple organ failure due to the progression of colon cancer.
Pele is the only footballer in history to win three World Cups (in 1958, 1962 and 1970). In 92 matches for the Brazilian national team, he scored 77 goals.
