On the 29th and 30th of November, Balneário Camboriú will host PejoterDay, an event dedicated exclusively to bank employees who work in the Legal Entity segment (“Pejoters”). The meeting, which will take place in person, aims to provide participants with commercial strategies for applying and qualifying business volume, aiming to improve relationships with business customers, from the perspective of financial institutions.
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to absorb knowledge through lectures and workshops led by experts in sales, negotiation and leadership. The topics covered will be varied, ranging from advanced negotiation techniques and customer relationship management, to the efficient use of technology and artificial intelligence to optimize processes.
For Marcelo Britto, banking mentor and event organizer, “PejoterDay will be a transfusion of enthusiasm, knowledge and strategies for the participants’ careers, as the content shared is not available anywhere else”. With 14 years of experience in the banking sector, working in several Brazilian states, he participated in thousands of negotiations with companies of all sizes (from MEIs to the largest economic groups in the country), specialized in training and is now recognized as an authority on the subject , with more than 5,000 students in its online and in-person training.
In addition to the content applied to the banking reality, PejoterDay will also provide an environment conducive to qualified networking. Bank employees will be able to interact with colleagues from different institutions and from different parts of Brazil, exchanging experiences and creating a network of contacts that could be extremely valuable for future collaborations and business opportunities.
Also according to Marcelo Britto, “the meeting is an opportunity for bank employees who want to improve their skills and better understand the dynamics of the financial market in light of the growing innovations brought by fintechs and digital banks”.
Passports for PejoterDay are on sale in Lot 2, starting at R$597, and it is possible to pay in up to 12 interest-free installments.
