When will the heat start and how long will it last? In the next few days the weather will be increasingly stable and temperatures will gradually rise, we read on MeteoGiuliaccieven if we won’t immediately have strong and muggy heat.

Summer will start to heat up starting from Monday 8th July when “intense heat will return to the South and the Islands, while in the rest of Italy temperatures will remain at normal values ​​for the period, with a more bearable heat”. Around 10th-11th July, the sultry heat will also become intense in most of the central regions. Maximum temperatures are expected to be well above 30 degrees, with peaks of 40-42 degrees.

The heat wave is expected to last “at least until July 20”, a period in which we will also see an intensification of the heat with possible peaks in the south of 44-45 degrees, explains the meteorologist. But the sultry heat will dominate throughout Italy.
