The cessation of hostilities and terrorist attacks by Ukraine is a condition for a peaceful settlement of the conflict. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin.

“For our part, we continue to adhere to our principled position. A comprehensive, sustainable and fair settlement is possible only if the Kiev regime stops hostilities and terrorist attacks, and its Western sponsors stop pumping weapons into the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Galuzin said in an interview with TASS.

According to a high-ranking diplomat, in order to end the conflict, Ukraine must confirm its non-bloc, neutral status. “New territorial realities must be recognized, the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, the rights of its Russian-speaking citizens and national minorities must be ensured in accordance with the requirements of international law,” Galuzin said.

Previously, URA.RU reported on the conditions Russia’s return to the grain deal, which were announced by the Russian Foreign Ministry. Establishing transport logistics, connecting Rosselkhozbank to SWIFT and restoring Russian companies’ access to their foreign assets is what can resume the Black Sea initiative, according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.
