Vice President PDVSA Gas, David Molina Ortiz and the general manager of Refinación Oriente, Itsvhan Calma, took a tour verifying the proper functioning of the renovated oil facility.
Molina Ortiz indicated that to date regarding 10 thousand barrels of LPG have been shipped, thanks to integration work between these two PDVSA businesses, to achieve a single objective: the well-being of the Venezuelan people.
“This is a team effort to guarantee the supply of gas to every home in the country,” he stressed, quoted in a PDVSA press release.
For his part, Itsvhan Calma indicated that this product will be distributed in the eastern region and highlighted the work of the oil workers whom he described as fundamental pieces in the start-up of this plant that is within the facilities of the Puerto La Cruz Refinery.
“We have recovered these facilities with a common purpose, following the instructions issued by both the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros and our president of PDVSA and Minister of Petroleum, Pedro Rafael Tellechea,” he mentioned.
