Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) POLITICIAN Seno Bagaskoro said his party would decide on the rollout of the right to inquiry following the results of the official recapitulation announcement from the General Election Commission (KPU) came out. According to him, there were many internal considerations within the PDIP before taking the right to inquiry at the DPR RI.
“When it comes to timing, the results of the official announcement of the KPU recapitulation will be one of the bases for our decision making,” he told Media Indonesia, Saturday (16/3).
According to Seno, whatever route is taken, whether through the DPR’s right to inquiry or suing the Constitutional Court (MK). He emphasized that PDIP remains on the critical path to investigate various violations in the process of holding yesterday’s election.
“Our moral compass is critical of yesterday’s election process. “Whatever path you take, whether in the DPR or in the Constitutional Court,” stressed Seno.
The spokesperson for the National Winning Team (TPN) Ganjar-Mahfud also said that his party would respond positively if the rollout of the right to inquiry would be initiated by the change coalition or camp 01.
“Basically there is no problem with the dynamics regarding who initiates it. “We are optimistic and confident that the questionnaire can be rolled out,” said Seno. (Dis/Z-7)
