PCB’s Corona protocols for domestic cricket

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released the Corona protocols for domestic cricket.

According to the protocols issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board, the corona testing of the players of the first and second eleven will take place on September 18 and 21.

According to a statement issued by the PCB, a room will be reserved for the entertainment of the players where all the facilities will be provided, the person who breaks the bio-secure bubble will have to stay in self-isolation for 5 days (in which 2 Covid-19 tests are negative).

According to the Cricket Board, players, sports staff, match referees, umpires, duty doctors, security managers and bus drivers will stay in the bio-secure bubble, ground staff, venue managers, scorers and other officials will be kept in the second layer of the bio-secure zone.

On the other hand, Pakistan Cricket Board has also announced media protocols for National T20 and Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.

It should be noted that before the National T20 Cup, the series of fitness tests of the players is going on, the player whose first corona test is negative will be able to join the team.

It should be remembered that the National T20 Cup will be played in Multan and Rawalpindi from September 30. In the first match, the teams of Central Punjab and Southern Punjab will compete. Both players will be available in the second round.
