Wasim Khan said that the decision has been delayed due to Covid but it is hoped that by September or October, the ICC will announce the host of the next events.

The PCB chief executive said that in the FTP cycle of 2023 to 2027, more series will be held with teams like South Africa, England, Australia and New Zealand, while efforts will be made to have at least three Tests in the Test series as well. Yes, there is currently no window being placed in FTP with India.

In response to a question, he said that bilateral series will be organized for seniors as well as Shaheens, U-19 and U-16 teams.

The PCB Chief Executive said that despite the challenges of Covid, Pakistan organized a lot of cricket, they will try to improve their arrangements by learning from the experiences of New Zealand and South Africa on protocols.

According to Wasim Khan, England, South Africa, New Zealand and Zimbabwe will tour Pakistan while Australia and England will come to Pakistan for a full series in 2022 as well.
