Kottayam – Janapasha Secular Party led by PC George is hinted to join BJP. A three-member committee headed by the party reached Delhi for the discussion as part of this. PC George, Shawn George and George Joseph Kakkanad have come to Delhi to talk to the BJP central leadership. Prakash Javadekar and V. Muralidharan may participate in the discussion. PC George said that the general feeling of the party ranks is to join the BJP.

“India has never had such an accomplished Prime Minister. The opinion of the party ranks is to support him. We are of the opinion to join BJP. No seat is a problem. If there is an opinion to join the BJP, does not the BJP decide the matters of the seat? If BJP asks to contest, it will contest, if not, it won’t. It is expected that a decision will be made before the Lok Sabha elections,” said PC George.
Shawn George told Manorama Online that BJP’s central leadership has asked him to come to Delhi today. “The party’s state committee had appointed a five-member committee to take a decision on joining the NDA. Three of them arrived in Delhi today. Matters including contesting the Lok Sabha elections will be discussed. Shaun George said following the discussion whether he will be a part of the NDA front or merge with the BJP.
