The Indonesian Volleyball Association (PBVSI) has established a partnership with local apparel brand Speed Jersey, at the Novotel Samator Hotel in Surabaya, Monday (22/7).
The partnership runs until 2026 and with this collaboration, Speed Jersey will provide match attire, special training attire, and travel attire for the Indonesian men’s and women’s national volleyball teams, at the junior and senior levels.
Chairman of PP PBVSI Imam Sudjarwo said this is a new history for Indonesian volleyball, with support for the sports industry carried out professionally, and support for the welfare of Indonesian volleyball athletes.
“So, not only the PBVSI institution is helped, but this collaboration will provide more benefits to the volleyball athletes in the Indonesian national team,” said Imam, as quoted from a written statement.
Speed Jersey CEO, Andre Firmansyah, said that his party also provides jersey products similar to those used by national team athletes, for purchase by the general public.
“In addition to providing support in the form of providing match clothing, special training clothing, and athlete travel clothing, we also divide several categories of jerseys that are sold, namely player issue replica jerseys, and supporter jerseys, all of which can be purchased by the general public, especially volleyball fans, as merchandise,” said Andre.
