The Law for the Protection of Social Security Pensions in the Face of the Imperialist Blockade already has the payment schedule for the contribution. This was reported by the president of Fedeindustria, Orlando Camacho, and he highlighted that the National Integrated Service of Customs and Tax Administration (Seniat) has been present at the meetings with the businessmen.
“Hopefully, the first contributions will be made starting in June. It is a viable date, because Seniat met with us and already has its instrument, the only thing left to define is the rate. The tax authority has the schedule and is well ahead so that the collection is efficient and reaches the pensioners quickly,” Camacho explained to Banca y Negocios.
To make the payment of the contribution, the Seniat will be paid with a form, in which each of the employers must indicate the number of workers with their salaries and on that total amount the rate established by Nicolas Maduro will be applied and it must be paid on the date indicated in the Seniat calendar.
“Salaries and bonus income will go directly into expenses and are deductible from what they pay in Income Tax. Seniat understands it as a payment,” Camacho explained.
