The message stated that starting in July, users would no longer receive the bill consumption notice in printed format, suggesting that they consult digital payment platforms to obtain this information.

According to Darío Peña Cuenca, commercial director of the Sancti Spíritus Electric Company, the paper bill will only be eliminated for “those customers who already received their electricity bill every month via email and who we have in our database.”
