An immense controversy was unleashed in the justice of Spain on account of a decision of the highest court of that country, in it it is stipulated as legal to pay monetary debts with sexual favors.

The peculiar situation occurs because the Constitutional Court last December rejected a lawsuit filed by a woman who reported having felt “Psychologically bound” to pay with oral sex a debt of money that he had with an ex-brother-in-law.
The woman presented an appeal to the high court, demanding the sentence of the Balearic Provincial Court, which in the first instance closed this case considering that there was no crime of coercion of women, arguing that there was “A relationship freely agreed between them (the woman and her ex-brother-in-law).”
