The steps to follow to pay through Bancamiga are:

• Log in to Bancamiga online.
• Check the Payment of services option
• Select the Cantv service
• Enter your Cantv details to add your number to your account.
• After saving the information, the Pay option will appear.
• Select the mentioned option and that’s it.

If you already have the number affiliated, you only need to select the Cantv option in Payment of services and select the number for which you wish to process your payment.

How to report a Cantv breakdown

1. Go to the CANTV website and select “Report your fault.”
2. Then click on “Report problems”.
3. Indicate the type of breakdown you wish to report: internet, telephone or mixed.
4. Enter the phone number to report indicating the area code without adding the zero in front (example: 212-1234567), contact cell phone number and email.
5. Complete the other information requested by the CANTV portal: report details, preferred time for a technician’s visit (morning or afternoon) and preferred day for the technician’s visit.

This will complete the report. The user will receive an email with the request number.
