It is important not to neglect cleaning the tongue with a tongue scraper or brush because these logic are a great source of bacteria that cause bad breath.

You should also brush your teeth using safe and effective toothpaste and a soft toothbrush.

It is important to repeat this routine before bed, but reverse the order, so that the last oral care product you use before bed is an alkaline mouthwash.
