Will Paul Mescal Be Stepping Onto Stage With the Beatles?
Paul Mescal’s dance card is looking pretty full these days. Following his acclaimed performance alongside Russell Crowe in Ridley Scott’s *Gladiator II*, Mescal may be squeezing in prior commitment – and it has nothing to do with Tescal.
During a conversation with fellow filmmaker Christopher Nolan following a screening of Scott’s latest project at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Scott revealed he had hoped to reunite with Mescal for *The Dog Stars*. Scott confirmed Mescal had been on board, but confessed, “Maybe. Paul is actually stacked up, doing the Beatles next. So I may have to let him go.”
If Mescal takes the role, he likely wouldn’t be jamming with actual members of the iconic band.
Mescal has not confirmed official casting.
