The journalist Graciela Torres, better known as ‘La Negra Candela’, announced the sentence handed down in which Caracol TV is ordered to process the comedian’s pension for Colpensiones.

“Caracol TV, through its Pension Fund, must recognize the humorist and comedian Patricia Silva Zarate the pension to which she has been entitled since August 1, 2016, when she turned 57 years old, which was not recognized because Caracol TV changed it from Colpensiones to Colfondos A few years of work were stuck for this reason,” explained ‘La negra candela’ in a video shared on social networks.

However, Patricia Silva herself, faced with the comments of some Internet users, was forced to explain the reason why she had to sue for the pension to be recognized.

He also clarified that the channel never refused to pay him his pension, but that the problem was with the two pension funds.
