The dishes and delicacies of the well-known pastry chef Patrice Demers and his team are particularly appreciated thanks to their originality and the local and seasonal products used. They also have great classics that are worth the detour in Little Burgundy.

It was in a touching announcement that the partners of the pastry shop announced the thing, taking the time to thank the team, the suppliers and the customers, in short all those who have always responded “present” over the past few years.

The current context has forced a long reflection for trade leaders. The decision is partly explained by new professional challenges that will allow Patrice and Marie-Josée to benefit from a better quality of life.

We understand that keeping a business is very demanding, even before the situation of the last few years.

Patrice – Pâtisserie has been open since 2014 on Notre-Dame, near the Atwater Market. You have until the end of the summer to purchase wines, desserts and gourmet products in stores or to order take-out.
