The General Regional Police Directorate of Western Greece informs the citizens that, on Sunday (10-3-2024), in the context of the 2024 carnival events – “Children’s Carnival Parade 2024”, where the Great Children’s Parade will be held in Patras, the following traffic arrangements are made.
• No parking of all vehicles on Sunday 10-3-2024 and during the hours 06:30-14:30 on the following road sections:
a) Around Omonia square,
b) On Ilias Street from Erenstrole to Georgiou Roufos,
c) On Gounari Street from Konstantinos Palaiologos to Corinth,
d) On Korinthos Street from Gounari to Kolokotroni,
e) Upper and Lower part of George I Square,
f) On Ermou Street from Kanakari to Maizonos,
g) On Agios Nikolaos Street from Kanakari to Maizonos,
h) On Kanakari Street from Agios Nikolaos to Gerokostopoulos,
i) At the intersection of Kolokotroni and Korinthos streets, during the passage of the chariots.

The vehicles of the non-profit organization Karnavali Patras are excluded from the parking ban.
Drivers are requested to comply with the instructions of the traffic controllers and to observe the Road Traffic Code.
