“The Invisible Olga” is the title of the new production of the theater group of the OTE Patras-Achaia Employees’ Cultural Center, which is staged at the Agora theater directed by Elias Anastasopoulos on the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, 9 and 10.

The director says regarding the project: “The text by Yiannis Tsiros is based on real stories. The words of the play are as spoken in the courtrooms. Trafficking is a subject that is difficult to approach. You don’t recognize the Invisible Olga, she may live next to us quietly and isolated, so she can hardly be helped. The work exposes the harsh and inhumane reality of a network so well organized that it can hardly be beaten.”

Natasa Sardeli: “Maybe we can put a stone together to eliminate such incidents”

“The Invisible Olga! Or is it finally visible? The issue is how we want to see it… Do we have a responsibility as a society? If it was our child in her position? Who supports such circuits? Do we empathize or turn our backs? Giannis Tsiros wants to awaken us to many and other such questions without judging or directing the reader and by extension the viewer. Our director Elias Anastasopoulos as well as the whole team that worked on this project, embraced OLGA. We hope you do too. Maybe we can put a stone together to eliminate such incidents”.
