Patience Dabany took legal action yesterday Tuesday to ask it to cancel her removal from the Gabonese Democratic Party (PDG) pronounced against March 7 by the new provisional board of the former single party which ruled Gabon for 55 years.

The decision of the former wife of Omar Bongo and mother of former president Ali Bongo was notified to the courts by her legal counsel, Me Jean Paul Moumbembé.

« It is clearly stated that the reasons for this removal will be notified to him soon. There are reasons, which I do not know, for the fact that she is removed, and it is said in the decision that was taken that they will be notified to her soon. “, specified the party’s decision.

In his request, Me Moumbembé recalls that the radiation is “ the work of eight activists of the CEO having established themselves, by authority, as a permanent disciplinary commission ».

The former First Lady demands 100 million FCFA per day of refusal to implement her request to lift her radiation.

Paul Biyoghe Mba, interim president of the Party or Angélique Ngoma, Secretary General of the party have not yet reacted to this new development.
