An official accessory for the Apple Vision Pro headset that we were not yet aware of has been revealed thanks to a patent filed by Apple in Hong Kong, the site has spotted PatentlyApple : this is a fabric case protecting the exterior glass (for the EyeSight functionality transcribing the user’s eyes) and the sides of the headset. The inside of the helmet is not protected by this product – this will undoubtedly be the subject of another accessory.
Apple has not yet revealed what accessories will be supplied or offered as options with its headset. Apple is suspected of developing several external batteries of different capacities, and we have seen in some Apple videos a strap passing over the head which could help to better distribute the weight of the headset. All this could be detailed as early as next month ahead of the launch which could take place as early as February in the United States.
