In an article published just now on the official site, Blizzard gives an overview of Time Rifts, a new random event that you will find in the Dragon Isles with Patch 10.1.5 of Dragonflight. Find all the info now below!
The timelines are increasingly unstable since recent events. As the borders between them weaken, minions from other lines begin to invade the Dragon Isles.
Presentation of the event
Team up with other players to fend off waves of minions, enter temporal rifts, and close them by defeating bosses in alternate timelines to restore order to the timeways. Collect artifacts and bring them back to Soridormi to complete quests.
Get paillettes paracausales to be exchanged for items including pets, tabards, ornamental armor skins, weapon skins, mounts, trinkets and more! While the Time Rifts are active, players can also complete quests and achievements to obtain titles, toys, Stones of Flight, and more.
A time rift opens every hour. When a rift becomes unstable, travel to the reservoir of Tyr’s Bastion in Thaldraszus, where the veil between the timeways has thinned, then push back the threat of chaos. Hover over the map icon five minutes before the start of the event to get a countdown and information regarding the relevant timeline.
MARGINS OF THE AEONS
While the timeways remain unstable, dive into new repeatable content with Margins of the Aeons by traveling to Thaldraszus, near the Temporal Confluence.
Nozdormu knows that his time is approaching and senses that the situation is getting worse. Due to these disturbances, episodes of Azeroth’s history are disappearing. Players need to access the Aeon Margins in order to fix the issue. Attempt to restore the timelines and solve the problems caused by their instability, while reaping the rewards of a job well done.
