SONORA.- David “N”, pastor of the christian church International Life Ministry of Caborca was arrested for his probable responsibility for the crimes of aggravated indecent abuse and sexual abuse aggravated against women of that religious congregation.

For a second victim, it has been established that the accused, taking advantage of his position as a religious minister, asked her to enter a study, where he would pray for her, but when the subject was in the room he allegedly touched her inappropriately without your consent.
Upon learning of the evidence that pointed to probable responsibility of the accused, the Control Judge granted the corresponding arrest warrantexecuted by elements of the Ministerial Criminal Investigation Agency (FRIEND) through a search warrant in a home located in the Deportiva neighborhood, in Caborca, Sonora.
Once made available to the corresponding authority, the hearings required by law were held.
