Around 11 p.m. Wednesday evening, a woman was hit by a passenger train traveling at low speed in Floreffe station. According to our colleagues from L’Avenir, the lady fell off the platform when the train arrived.
Firefighters from the NAGE area and their colleagues from Val de Sambre intervened on site with two pumpers and an ambulance. The SMUR of Namur also moved to rescue the victim. Wounded, she was taken to Sainte-Élisabeth in Salzinnes.
