How to Make the Best Party Rice

Let’s get to the point because the recipe that always gets compliments is this one because no one can understand what’s different and why it’s so good, so I recommend not giving too much explanation before serving. Let people eat and then tell us what they think!

Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 3 cloves of garlic, chopped or crushed
– 2 cups of raw rice
– Salt (to taste)
– 3 cups (tea) of boiling water
– 1 cup of dry champagne (or sparkling wine)
– 1 cup of lightly chopped Brazil nuts
– ½ cup of white raisins
– 1 bunch of chopped parsley

Sauté the garlic in oil and fry the rice, then add the salt, water and sparkling wine. Cook normally as if you were making white rice, but when the water dries and it is cooked, turn off the heat, cover the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now add the warm rice, chestnuts, raisins and parsley. Place in a pan greased with olive oil or oil, pressing well, unmold slowly, decorate and serve.
