Partial departmental election: In the canton of Perpignan-Canohès, in the 1st round, the binomial Aliot-Muti in the lead, the mayor of Canohès comes out on the left

The first round of the partial departmental election in canton 10 of the Pyrénées-Orientales took place this Sunday, November 27.

While 16,080 voters were called to the polls this Sunday, November 27 to elect their departmental councilors for the canton of Perpignan-Canohès, only 21.63% moved.

For the first round, it was the pairs Louis Aliot-Carla Muti and Jean-Louis Chambon-Florence Micolau who came out on top with 44.07 and 27.63% of the votes respectively. The outgoing elected Mathias Blanc-Françoise Chatard, sitting for the departmental majority collected 26.36% of the votes, or 43 votes difference with the previous ones, and are therefore eliminated. The Modem duo, Monique Ferré-Roger Segura, with 66 votes, did not reach the second round either.
