The house itself was built in 1962; Igor Babushkin said at night that all victims, following a partial collapse, would receive temporary housing. He clarified that the area from the maneuverable fund will be used as soon as possible, as well as payments from 50 to 400 thousand rubles in various categories; Ministry of Emergency Situations employees stopped an operation to search for people at the site of a collapsed five-story building in Astrakhan.
