According to the police, following 3:00 pm on the 8th, part of the sidewalk side of the road collapsed on the Ome Kaido in Suginami-ku Kamiogi 3-chome, and the right rear wheel of the bus carrying passengers got stuck and might not move.
The bus was a Seibu bus bound for Shakujiikoen Station from Ogikubo Station. According to the Seibu Bus, it stopped just before Hatcho Station, regarding 1 km northwest of Ogikubo Station. It means that
