Korean DRAMA (Drakor) Queen of Tears has released its final episode (episode 16) on Sunday (28/4). Park Sung Hoon, who plays Yoon Eun Sung, also apologized for his antagonist role in the drama.
The 39 year old actor successfully played Yoon Eun Sung, the evil figure who made Queen of Tears’ blood boil. In fact, the audience is often excited by Eun Sung’s character until the last episode.
“I feel that I have contributed a lot to making the audience angry throughout the drama because of my character. So on the one hand, I feel sorry. But a role is just a role, so I apologize on behalf of Eun Sung so that you forgive him,” said Park Sung Hoon, as reported by Soompi, Monday (29/4).
On that occasion, Park Sung Hoon also expressed his thanks to the viewers who have faithfully watched the drama series.
“I want to sincerely thank all the Queen of Tears viewers who have laughed and cried with us,” he said.
Meanwhile, Queen of Tears is the Korean drama with tvN’s highest rating. The last episode of Queen of Tears successfully scored a rating of 24.850%.

This figure makes Queen of Tears beat the record for the Korean drama Crash Landing On You which ended with a rating of 21.683% in 2020.
The Queen of Tears series tells regarding the life of a husband and wife who are facing a crisis in their marriage relationship which is entering its third year. This drama has been broadcast since March 9 2024 on tvN and Netflix.
The Queen of Tears series features a cast of top actors from the South Korean entertainment industry, such as Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won as the main characters. (Z-8)
