Park So-hyun, who has severe forgetfulness, quietly diagnosed with ADHD “It’s too painful”

Broadcaster So-Hyun Park was diagnosed with ‘Quiet ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)’.

Park So-hyun appeared on Channel A’s ‘Oh Eun-young’s Golden Counseling Center’, which aired on the 9th, and has been broadcasting for more than 30 years.

Park So-hyun said, “I don’t remember well, so social life is difficult, and it is not easy to build relationships. There were times I didn’t even know,” he confessed.

He continued, “After the previous blind date, the next blind date was the same. He also closed his heart and didn’t talk regarding it because I didn’t notice.”

He also confessed, “Even when I was young, I lost my umbrella every day when I went out. If I have a lot of luggage, I can put it on the subway shelf, but the moment I put it on, I can’t find it. That’s why I can’t put it on.”

Oh Eun-young diagnosed, “It seems to be attention deficit without behavioral problems, also known as ‘quiet ADHD’.” “If you’re going to look closely, you have to think regarding attention deficits without behavioral problems,” she said. He said, “What Sohyun describes as forgetful, parents tell their children, ‘If you turn around, you forget.’

Forgetting preparations and conversations. “There’s a difference in information storage when you’re paying attention and when you’re not.”

He continued, “When I say ADHD, I think that my behavior is rampant, but there are also ADHD that don’t have behavioral problems. ” he analyzed.

He also advised, “I’m having trouble with my memory, so it’s better to seek help from a specialist, whether it’s medication or non-drug treatment.”
