Hugo Iketiki (13), Spaniard Carlos Soler (78) and compatriot Juan Bernat (90 + 1) scored for the Parisian team.
The attacking trio of “horrors”, Argentine world champion Lionel Messi, Brazilian Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, were absent from the French capital’s team in their match against Châteauroux.
As for Châteauroux, belonging to the French third division, he scored his only goal through Nathaniel Ntola (37).
On the other hand, Montpellier left the French Cup competitions with a surprising defeat against Bo FC 2-1.
In the rest of the matches, Angers qualified at the expense of Strasbourg with a penalty shootout 5-4 after the goalless tie was settled as a result of the regular time of the confrontation, and Paris FC beat Valenciennes 3-1 and Grenoble defeated Nimes 1-0.
