This Wednesday, December 20, the traditional Paris Saint-Germain Foundation match will be played at the Parc des Princes against Metz and will be renamed the “Solidarity Match” on the occasion of International Human Solidarity Day.

As the end-of-year holidays approach, PSG For Communities will highlight the two partner associations of its Cantine Solidaire program: Studhelp and Cop1 during the “Solidarity Match”. PSG For Communities appeals to the generosity of the public, inviting them to support its food aid project for students in precarious situations. The objective of this action is to be able to help these young people throughout the season, in addition to the one-off events organized at the Parc des Princes. Every year, the Solidarity Canteens help nearly 1,200 students by offering them hot meals but this is not enough, so we are launching this call for donations on the occasion of the solidarity match, in order to cover as much as possible. possible the monthly budget of students in very precarious circumstances. »

In France, students are being hit hard by the social crisis. 3 out of 4 students are forced to change their consumption habits due to inflation. Today, it is a fact, 36% of students skip meals due to lack of financial means. Thanks to the Cantine Solidaire program, more than 2,450 meals have already been served to students.
