Coya? You have already been told in Monaco regarding this luxury Peruvian table, an emanation of the Turkish group Dogus, with the cuisine of the Indo-British chef Sanjay Dwivedi which benefits from a traveler decoration in Istanbul and an eclectic atmosphere between refined table and night club. In Paris, Coya is housed in “Beaupassage”, rich in big gourmet names and beautiful shops, with 100% French service with small onions, a fairly rich wine list in all the vineyards and cuisine in the Peruvian spirit. new way, executed in house by an Italian chef.

In short, no time to get bored here, with beef tataki, crispy quinoa, cashew nuts, limo pepper, exquisite Wagyu bao spiced with chipotle and red onion, sea bass ceviche, with sweet potato, limo pepper, white corn, red onion or fried squid, ocopa, peanuts, peppers and quinoa.

The sea bass cazuela from Chile, with its paella-style Bomba rice (exquisite although a little overcooked), with lime and amarillo pepper might be the showpiece of the house. We drink, by the glass, the pinot noir from Chile Talinay Tabali 2017, a bit oxidized (“with secondary aromas” according to the sommelier), or rather the great Chambolle-Musigny les Athets de Jean Tardy 2020 (at €35 a glass… ).

The desserts are not lacking in seduction, such as the churros, with milk chocolate, dulce de lick and orange zest, the pina Colada, with roasted pineapple, coconut ice cream and rum mousse or the dulce de leche ice cream and fruit de la passion. Change of scenery guaranteed!
