The champion outfits for the future Olympic Games have finally been revealed. They are manufactured by the French brand Le Coq Sportif, a source of pride for employees.

With a smile and a lot of pride, some athletes took part in the parade, in the outfits that the champions will wear during the 2024 Olympics. “They are very light, I feel great”, rejoices Marjorie Delassus, kayaker. It took three years of work to develop more than 1,000 models.

A pride for the town of Romilly-sur-Seine

The story began in a historic factory in Romilly-sur-Seine (Aube). Making Olympic outfits is a first for Christine Charvot, a 53-year-old seamstress. “I think it’s good for us, it’s good for my city, since I’m from Romilly-sur-Seine, so for me it’s a great source of pride”, she says. While waiting for the podium, a few days ago it was time for fittings for the athletes. Their equipment was specially designed by Stéphane Ashpool, a Parisian designer.
