The players of “Paris Nizhny Novgorod” lost at home to the Moscow “Rodina” with a score of 0:2 in the return play-off for the right to play in the Russian Premier League (RPL) next season.
Goals were scored by Ivan Timoshenko (eighth minute) and Amur Kalmykov (24).
Tymoshenko failed to convert the penalty, but successfully played on the rebound.
In the first game, Pari NN won with a score of 3: 0, so the team retained its residence in the RPL.
Pari NN, headed by Sergey Yuran, finished 13th in the RPL last season, Rodina finished fifth in the First League.
