O Paramount+the American studio’s main streaming service, this week revealed the launch of a new premium subscription plan in some countries — including Brazil.
Among the advantages of the subscription is simultaneous transmission up to four screens and the reproduction of content in better quality, including 4KUHD, HDR10, Dolby Vision e Dolby Atmos.
In addition to Brazil, the premium plan is scheduled to be launched in Australiano Canada e no Mexicoin day November 16. In Tupiniquin lands, the premium plan will cost R$35/month or R$310/something.
After expanding our presence to more than 45 markets last year, we are focused on expanding our business and offering customer choice. In addition to the new plan, streaming announced that, in 2024, it also plans to insert on the platform — a trend that Amazon Prime Video also adopted.
This, however, will initially apply to Australia and Canada, where there will be a cheaper subscription option. Brazil, however, should continue with the basic plan (which currently costs R$15/month or R$134/year), without advertisements.
