Welcome to the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games live.

What’s the program of the day?

In France, the day will start at 9am with Aziza Benhami’s Archery Round of 16 and Chiara Zenati’s Para-Equestrian competition. Next up is the 50m sport shooting qualifying event, which will feature Didier Richard and Jean-Louis Michaud.

From 9:30 a.m. it’s time to head to the Paralympic pool, where French swimmers will be heading there to try to get a ticket for the afternoon finals. Ugo Didier will compete in the 100m backstroke (S9), Dimitri Granjux and David Smétanine will compete in the 200m freestyle (S4), Laurent Chardard will compete in the 50m butterfly (S6), Solène Sache will compete in the 50m backstroke (S5), Alex Portal will compete in the S4) .

After Aurélie Aubert’s victory the day before, the petanque competition continued, this time in the team competition. Sonia Heckel and Jules Ménard will challenge Australia in the mixed doubles event in the BC3 category, kicking off at 11:50am.

There will also be several table tennis matches taking place this Tuesday, including quarters from Thu Kamkasomphou (WS8, 1pm), Fabien Lamirault (MS2, 1:45pm), Alexandra Saint-Pierre (WS5, 6pm) finals. This will also be the debut of wheelchair fencing at the 2024 Paralympic Games, with Clémence Delavoipiere competing in Group A at 1pm.

At the Stade de France in the evening, many French players will compete for medals. Valentin Bertrand will compete in the long jump final (T37) at 7 p.m. Soane Luka Meissonnier will follow him in the shot put (F20) at 7:04pm before the blue team begins the 400m. Charles-Antoine Kouakou (T20) will start at 8:47pm and Laure Ustaritz (T37) will start at 9:38pm. Medium (T13).

Finally, the French women’s team will play a sitting volleyball match against the Chinese team at 8 p.m., and the Sisifoot Blue team will face the Turkish team at 8:30 p.m.
