Paraguay will host the Latin American Assembly of Industrial Millers

Asunción, IP Agency.- Paraguay will host the Latin American Assembly of Industrial Millers that will be held from October 27 to 30 in Asunción, and will bring together the most prominent producers and actors of the regional wheat chain.

They will analyze the current and future of one of the most important productive activities in the Paraguayan economy.

During a press conference, the launch of this event was held, which will give our country the opportunity to show its potential and advances in the production and industrialization of wheat-based foods.

The sample so far has 600 registered participants locally and internationally; in addition to 70 stands already reserved by the different national and regional flour mills.

Those attending this great international event will be able to attend technical talks and conferences with 50 international speakers on the food industry and the global economic scenario. They will also have unlimited access to the commercial room with stands from companies from Paraguay and the entire continent.

The speakers were the president of the Paraguayan Chamber of Millers (CAPAMOL), Johnny Hildebrand; the vice president of the union, Enrique Arrúa; the president of the Paraguayan Industrial Union (UIP), Enrique Duarte; and the Vice Minister of Industry, Lorena Méndez.

The Minister of Tourism, Angie Duarte, was represented by the Director of Meetings Tourism of the Senatur, Víctor Chamorro, who assured that “the institution is committed to the dissemination of a good image at an international level, services, logistics and different products that it offers to the visitor to Paraguay.”
