The Gold Prize in the category “Process & Technology – Best Operations / Business Process / Agile Development Project” was quoted by Pancreatia Bank in this year’s Digital Awards.
THE Pancreatia was named the winner of the category for the project of upgrading the Electronic Banking platform and the successful reception of HSBC Greece’s clientele from the first day of the acquisition. The award was given during this year’s Digital Awards by Boussias Events.
The project is a “success story” due to the complexity and challenges that were faced with flexibility and ingenuity within a limited time frame. As part of the project, Electronic Banking was upgraded in order to serve a greater volume of transactions, the User Experience was improved with the “one-payment-hub” innovation, while new functionalities were also integrated. Pancreatia’s upgraded Electronic Banking platform was first tested by the Bank’s existing users to ensure the functionality and stability of the new system, before it was rolled out to ex-HSBC customers en masse.
Upon receiving the award, the General Manager of Retail and Digital Banking of Pancrete Bank, Mr. Antonis Vourakis, said, among other things: “This particular project is the result of teamwork, intensive preparation and precise planning. Pankritia has proven that it can do a lot in a short period of time, always aiming to provide the best service to its customers.”
