Panasonic’s Technics brand brought an EAH-A800 headset with super battery life at CES 2022. This product with a built-in 40mm unit can still provide 50 hours of AAC listening time with active noise reduction enabled. If LDAC is used, the battery life can be up to 40 hours. If the noise reduction is turned off, the use time can be increased by an additional 10 hours. In addition, EAH-A800 also supports fast charging. It can be charged with the power required to turn on the noise reduction and listen to AAC for 10 hours after 15 minutes of plugging in.

The factory built an Acoustic Control Chamber (Acoustic Control Chamber) in this headset, which can control the airflow to give full play to the efficiency of the unit and bring out better low-frequency performance. The design team also used Technics’ past experience in developing high-end amplifiers to minimize distortion to ensure sound quality. According to the official statement, EAH-A800 can rely on the feed-forward and feed-back microphones to achieve “industry-leading” noise reduction effects. At the same time, it also has “natural environment” and “attention” modes. The former allows you to hear the sounds around you more widely, while the latter focuses more on human voices.
