PAN deputies ask for the resignation and arrest of Rubén Rocha for the Cuén Ojeda case

MEXICO CITY.- This Monday, deputies of the National Action Party (PAN) demanded the resignation and apprehension of the governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moyafor having lied in the case of the murder of Hector Melesio Who Lookssince he falsified about his death, supposedly at a gas station, since they found stains of his blood on the property where he was also kidnapped Ismael ‘El Mayo’ Zambada.

Likewise, they asked that the former State prosecutor also be arrested, Sara Bruna.

“The version of the alleged gas station is left behind and criminal action will have to be taken; “Rocha and Bruna obstructed, tried to block the truth and access to justice,” he denounced. Federico Döring.

He added that, given this result, there is no other way but to establish criminal responsibility.

“Now I understand why last week the FGR denied me any progress on the complaint I filed against the governor of Sinaloa,” Döring recalled.

For its part, Ernesto Sánchez Rodríguezfederal deputy of the PAN, agreed with this position and said that the FGR is politically and legally cornered.

“To proceed legally against Rubén Rocha and former prosecutor Sara Bruna. It is the minimum that the Prosecutor’s Office should do out of respect for the relatives of Melesio Cuén and all the victims of violence in Culiacán“.

Héctor Saúl Téllez Hernándezfederal deputy of the PAN, stated that the group he represents continues to hope that the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Sergio Gutiérrez Lunado the same, as legal representative, so that the FGR responds to Döring’s request for access to that investigation folder.

“It is our right as citizens and federal deputies, we are going to take up the issue before the FGR, Rubén Rocha and Sara Bruna, they should be in jail,” Téllez insisted.

Döring, Sánchez Rodríguez and Téllez Hernández, indicated that since the Congress Plenary federal, they will demand jail for the governor of Morena in Sinaloa.

“Enough, Madam President, of covering up criminals with a hand of authority in state governments; “Pressure with the federal prosecutor to imprison Rocha.”
