PALLAS CAPITAL Fund distributes to investors

Vienna (OTS) – In May, the PALLAS CAPITAL fund for mezzanine capital distributed the earnings from 2022 to its investors as planned. The past year ended successfully with a performance of 10.49% (adjusted for the distribution to investors). The YTD development 2023 is 3.56%.

The fund benefits from good risk and collateral management. This means that delays in projects due to the market environment can be managed in the best possible way.

The management will continue to act vigilantly and at the same time work to seize the increasing anti-cyclical opportunities on the market. There will be more opportunities for experienced project developers to acquire plots of land and projects at attractive conditions. The investment focus is still on high-quality real estate projects in Austria and Germany.

PALLAS CAPITAL Real Estate GmbH acts as a specialist advisor to the fund. In addition to Florian Koschat and Helmut Kogler, the real estate financing experts Peter Jagenbrein, Mathias Braun and Florian Ollmann also work.
