Palestinian Civil Defense in Gaza publishes an update on the field situation in the Strip

Basal pointed out that in North GovernorateOne injury was recorded as a result of Israeli shelling of a house belonging to the Kahlout family on Al-Sikka Street, east of Jabalia camp.

As for Gaza GovernorateThe Civil Defense spokesman indicated the following:

• Three martyrs and wounded as a result of an Israeli bombardment of a residential apartment belonging to the “Al-Saloul” family in the Shahed building near the Al-Oyoun intersection in Gaza City.
• Three martyrs fell as a result of Israeli shelling on a group of citizens in the Dawlah area, east of the Zeitoun neighborhood.
• Two martyrs, one of them a child, were killed as a result of Israeli shelling of a house belonging to the “Akhilil” family in the Al-Mashahra area, east of Gaza City.
• An Israeli ground incursion around the Kuwaiti roundabout area and behind the halls area south of Street 8, with extensive bombing and shelling of citizens’ homes.
• Heavy Israeli artillery shelling of various areas of Road 8, specifically the Zeitoun and Sabra areas, south of Gaza City.
• The occupation forces have been preventing the entry of cooking gas since the beginning of the war until this moment, which forces citizens to use alternatives such as nylon, cardboard and cloth, which may lead to a danger to lives and property.

In the central governorate:

• Six martyrs and wounded were recorded as a result of an Israeli bombardment of a house belonging to the “Muammar” family in the Hakr al-Jami’ area in the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
• Israeli bombing of a house belonging to the Rabah family in the Qasatineh neighborhood, east of Al-Maghazi camp.
• Israeli bombing of a house belonging to the “Al-Salhi” family in Camp 5, north of Al-Nuseirat camp, in the central Gaza Strip.
• Heavy Israeli artillery shelling of the eastern and northern areas of the central governorate.

In Khan Yunis Governorate:

• The bodies of 11 martyrs were recovered from the Abu Hadrous family home, which was recently bombed by the Israeli occupation in the Hamad area, west of the governorate.
• 3 bodies were recovered from the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis.
• Two martyrs and wounded as a result of Israeli shelling of a group of citizens in Al-Salib Street in Sheikh Nasser neighborhood in the center of Khan Yunis.
• Heavy Israeli artillery shelling on several areas in Khan Yunis.

In Rafah Governorate, south of the Gaza Strip:

• Four martyrs fell as a result of an Israeli bombardment of a house belonging to the “Duhair” family in the Araba area, north of Rafah city.
• 4 martyrs were recovered as a result of the bombing of a civilian car in Kaf Mirage, north of Rafah city.

With American support, Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, leaving more than 133,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and deadly famine.

Israel continues the war, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to stop it immediately, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and to improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
